His warm and empathetic manner provided a very caring, human touch to what is often a complex and confusing procedure. I want to take this opportunity to compliment David Lamica of Orion Satellite Installation for the perfect installation and wonderful customer service. David not only installed our Dish satellite, he also tore out all the wires from the previous satellite, that looked horrible, and got rid of them for us. He called the previous company and canceled our service with them, which to me is wonderful customer service. We like the fact that he is local and backs up his work 100%. We've had to call him once and he immediately returned out call, solving our problem over the phone for us. Our son works for a national cable company and recently was given an award for awesome customer service and when he looked at the recent installation, he told us what a great job Orion had done for us.
